Lack Of Digital Resources Did Not Stop This Boy From Dreaming Of Serving The Nation

Covid has impacted lives differently in the past two years. Everything changed drastically also affecting the education system which took the shape of online mode and made it difficult for students to avail it.

One such is Sagar Verma who studies in class 10th who comes from a nuclear family having a father who works as a water supplier, mother is a housewife, and an older sister who is equally allowed to study. This child from a small village has very big dreams of serving the nation by being a part of Indian army and has dedication to work towards it, along with his school he also comes at the #DigitallyLearningCentre at Jaipur Rajasthan.

Lockdown has been a challenge for him where due to disturbances at his house he was not able to study or take online classes. At that time DLC with Bharat-e-shiksha has helped him keep the study on track and improved his performance with a very positive impact on his studies and hence leading him to focus on studies at his home as well.

He was not very much confident earlier and doesn't get to go out of the house much, but the centre has helped him open up and come out. His experience for the centre is that sir teaches him very well and he has also gained life skills like good manners and habits e.g. How to talk to elders.

Personally, he enjoys coming to the centre and also attended the life skill session on self-care, self-esteem and managing negative thoughts and enjoyed it thoroughly by engaging to the fullest.
