Bhomik is a CSR & sustainability professional with over nine years of experience in handling CSR projects & partnerships, and social impact advisory services. He has set up CSRBOX in 2015, as an independent knowledge resources and networking platform for companies, social businesses and CSR foundations. The platform is now Asia’ largest CSR data intelligence and collaboration hub. Bhomik works with leadership teams at state industries departments and philanthropic groups to catalyze cross-sector partnerships. He is an MBA in Environment Management and has worked with Zee Media, WWF India and Partners in Change before setting up CSRBOX. He is also part of the IMPAct4Nutrition Secretariat Team to work towards making POSHAN Abhiyaan, a janandolan.

A software engineer turned business development professional, Shilpi works at CSRBOX as a Partnerships Lead. With over 9 years of work experience, she started her journey with Tata Consultancy Services and later on moved to BlackRock, an investment management company. After spending over five years in the corporate domain, she took the charge of leading strategic partnerships at CSRBOX. Shilpi also works on new sustainable business models which add to the revenue streams of the organization. Apart from work, her interests lie in dancing, yoga and lawn tennis.

Abhishek was born and raised in Ghaziabad. He has done his Post Graduation in Development Leadership from Indian School of Development Management, Noida and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science Hons. from the University of Delhi. He has previously worked as a Sr. Operations Associate with Meraki Foundation where he has worked in the under-resourced communities of Delhi. For almost 2 years, Abhishek worked actively on-ground to build the capacity of parents to support their child’ early education and thereby improving learning outcomes of the 1st generation students. Abhishek wants to use his grassroots experiences and learnings to make a meaningful contribution towards building conducive communities. He is currently working as a Manager - Social Impact at CSRBOX and leading the on-ground interventions, and government partnerships. Abhishek loves to play video games and watch movies.

While pursuing his MSc Management in France, Abishek wrote his thesis on how companies can play an integral role in creating shared value among customers, shareholders and the society. After one year as an equity research analyst, he quit his job during the pandemic to join the development sector. He joined VOICE 4 Girls, an organization that used education to fight the issues under capitalistic and patriarchal structures. He is currently working as an Engagement Associate as CSRBox has placed itself as a liaison to connect the development projects of businesses while partnering with other NGOs and Government Departments to enable social impact across the country.

An Urban Designer by profession, Aditi plans to make amends in the already existing system and spaces. While pursuing her undergraduate degree from CEPT University at Ahmedabad, she came across a number of situations that redirected her attention towards spaces and designs. She realized that designs are powerful in the way that they affect people mentally and vice-versa. Having a profound interest in learning about people and their life stories, Aditi wishes to bring about change in the social and development sector while keeping people ‘first’. She believes in social change and is willing to explore the development sector whilst taking a bottom-up approach towards development.

I am passionate about capacity building, stakeholder engagement and program management. I have completed Post Graduate Diploma in Development Leadership from the Indian School of Development Management, Noida. I also have a master’s and bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications with B.A Sanskrit (honors) from Delhi University. With 6.5 years of experience in for-profit and social development organizations, I have experience working with people with visual impairment while working with Youth4jobs Delhi; where I learned about the importance of accessibility and felt challenges faced by people with visual impairment at various dimensions. I contributed to a volunteer-based program for providing mutual exposure to volunteers from leadership positions from HSBC Gurugram and adult students with visual impairment. I also provided training to people with visual impairment on Python computer language. I have served in Pardada Pardadi Educational Society School in Rural India for two years where I worked on, Girls Education, Women Empowerment, Community Engagement, Community Skills Development, and program implementation with Founder Mr. Vikram Sam Singh and CEO late Mrs. Renuka Gupta. I have designed and provided training for my co-teachers on computer aided teaching which is still provided by the institution to every new teacher at our school. Computer course which is designed is also shared with our sister concerns and they are utilizing it by finding it good for their rural schools. I have been awarded with Exemplary Award for the year 2017 for my contribution to the organization. Prior to this, I was working with IT solution-based organizations where I was working as the face for my technical team in understanding needs, designing and implementation of customized Enterprise Resource Planning software solutions to Uttar Pradesh Technical University colleges in Ghaziabad which provided me with an opportunity to understand these systems functioning from close. My interests lie in reading biographies, Hindustani classical vocal music and sharing knowledge

Amrisha has done her Masters of Commerce in Business Administration from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, Pune. She is working as a Communication Associate at CSRBOX. She uses her creative instincts to hone her sketching and painting skills in her leisure time.

Anubhuti is a Delhi based Public policy enthusiast and a research geek. Currently working as Senior Associate mainly in the Education and Skill development domain at CSRBOX. She has completed her Master’s in Public Policy and Governance from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Some of her comprehensive research work centers around Criminology and Public Policy on the contemporary forms of Violence, Custodial atrocities on Northeastern Women under the face of AFSPA, and many more. Being a young professional, she has previously worked with Amnesty International, Swachh Bharat Summer mission with Government of India professionals etc. Her inquisitive personality to tackle policy challenges through an interventionist strategy that would improve service delivery with the goal of being a \"Changemaker\" and creating social impact, is what motivates her to work in and contribute to the CSR sector. As a place with an incredible pool of bright team members and meaningful projects that provide exposure to rise to new heights, she believes CSRBOX has been a full package for anyone who aspires to work in the development sector and contribute. She is also an avid reader, loves discovering cultures through their lost cuisines and places.

With a post graduate degree in accountancy as formal education, love and knack for writing has led Darshi to pursue roles that help her satiate her love for expression through words. While at professional level she attains it through writing/editing/proofreading internal and external communication collaterals, reports, documents etc.; personally, she indulges in writing poetry and has her work published in anthologies. Prior to joining CSRBOX in the HR and Knowledge Management domain she has worked with CITI Bank, Bajaj Allianz, ICICI Prudential, Tata Chemicals Society for Rural Development and DISHA NGO.

Ganesh is working as a Project Executive who holds Master of Social Work degree from Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya. During his masters, he worked as an intern in CSRBOX. Apart from that, he acquired knowledge of working at ground level as well as executive level. Research in social sectors and CSR implementation activities are the most interesting areas of him. He is a very enthusiastic and eager person to learn and excel new things.

Hiral Badiyani is an Ahmedabad University alumni and a native of the Saurashtra region of Gujarat. She is a Marketing and Communication professional with varied experience of 3 years. Her love for culture and humanities drive her work. She strongly believes in the philosophy that real change starts with one. Currently, she works as a Senior Communication Associate at CSRBOX. In her leisure time, she likes traveling, writing poetry, and reading about the myths around the world.

Jyoti, a resident of Ahmedabad, is a passionate reader and an occasional writer. She acquired her B. A (Hons) from a prestigious University in London and has a Post Graduate degree in International Business. She joined the organization in 2017. She plays a part as a cross-functional team member in the organization. Jyoti mainly handles the day-to-day operations and leads the outreach campaigns on the organization’s development sector communication platform NGOBOX. Jyoti is a goal-driven, persistent individual working towards propelling her career as a Communication Professionnelle.

Mitali holds a Masters degree in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Tata Institute of social sciences and has also successfully completed Executive-MBA (General Management) from Ascensia Business School, Paris. Mitali has recently started her journey in CSR sector. Her Master’s thesis centers around Women Entrepreneurship and Women empowerment. She holds the position of Sr. Project Associate at CSRBOX. As she comes from a multicultural background, and an in-depth understanding of current existing social issues, she likes to believe that there could be more beyond the dimensions of social work. With the understanding of the projects in the past, it intrigues her to work more closely and explore the field beyond the theoretical definitions of the books.

Nirali Patelia is an English graduate who is quite passionate in working with youth and children in the areas of education & skill development. She has done her MSW from Gujarat University. She joined CSRBOX as a field executive but later on grow to become Center Coordinator at BharatCares and currently Nirali holds the position of a Project Associate.She is also interested in arts and crafts and pursue painting, drawing, poetry and instrumental music as her hobbies.

Rajat has completed his post graduation from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai in Public Policy. Being an intern with UNDP, he focussed on mobilisation activities among tribal community for their skill development and data validation under “Project Disha”. He believes in balancing both field and official activities simultaneously for personal learning and growth. Having an affection for sports like Basketball, Athletics, he has played at both state and zonal levels. He also loves to travel and navigate different geographies across the country.

Belonging from Aniyali(Sanand), Rakesh joined CSRBOX as a Field Co-Ordinator in 2021. Today, he is working as a Project Associate, looking after operations of Digital Learning Centre at Vejalpur, Ahmedabad and field works of various other projects. He has completed his Masters in Social Work from the Department of Social Work, Ganapat University, Kherva (Gujarat). He has hands-on experience in development sector. Empathy, communication skills and active listening are his strengths. Rakesh is an traveler, music lover and nature lover and actively seeks out new learnings and experiences. He is a hard working professional social worker.

An Alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, Rohit Rajput has completed his master\'s in Disaster Management with a specialization in Geoinformatics. He has attained his B.tech in Computer Sciences from the University of Delhi and has 3 years of work experience. Having studied at a social sciences institute, he has developed a keen interest in the development sector and is currently working as a Sr. Project Associate with CSRBOX contributing to various philanthropic projects.

Sharvari, born and raised in Ahmedabad is a development sector professional. She holds a Master’s Degree in Economics with a specialization in Urban Development from Symbiosis School of Economics, Pune. She has worked and researched on interdisciplinary areas of Urban Development such as Urban Poverty, Governance, Mobility, Solid Waste Management, Municipal Finance, etc. during her academics and internships. Currently Sharvari is working as a Project Associate on Education and Skill Development project. She aspires to direct her knowledge and skills in order to thrive for social change and development. Apart from work, Sharvari is fond of traveling and an adventure sports junkie. She likes to indulge in gardening in her leisure time.

Shikha was born and raised in Gurgaon .She holds Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Christ University, Delhi NCR. She has worked as an HR Intern in companies like Hero Moto Corp, Comac India and Stelios Asset Management .Currently working as an Engagement Associate at CSRBOX. Strives to engage with PAN India partner clients by providing employability skills.

Have completed M.sc in Development Economics from Symbiosis. She has Worked for almost 5 years now in the development sector specifically in Education domain with different target groups, capacity building, taking 21st century skills, Life skills training, Leadership Training and thus have worked with both academic institutions and the industry trying to bridge the gap between the two and right now working in CSRBOX in two project - IBM and ACTSMART as Sr. Project Associate. She has worked with Government system and have also experienced her hand in Designing Workshops, Impact Assessments.

She is a Masters in Political Science and Social Work from University of Delhi. Her Major Areas of Work revolve around Edtech , Skilling , Education and CSR.

Swapnil is a Teach For India and Indian School of Development Management alumni with more than 4 years of work experience in Education & Skill Development . She has completed her education in Business Management and Development Leadership. As a development professional, she believes skill development and education are means for developing human potential and alleviating poverty. She believes technology & workplace skills are important for learners to thrive in 21st century. She aims to build a better workforce integration between youth skills and jobs available. She is currently working as Manager New Initiatives at CSRBOX. In her leisure time, she likes to read and do yoga.

A public health professional with more than three years of experience in the area of Adolescent, Maternal, and Child Health. She has done her Master’s in Public Health and Nutrition from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Born and brought up in the hills of Uttarakhand, she worked in parts of Gujarat, Chattisgarh, and Odisha, Karnataka in empowering health and nutrition among vulnerable groups of different rural, urban and tribal places, and lived with them changed her approach to look at the world from a different perspective.

Vivek, resides in Jharkhand and is a XISS, Ranchi 2019 alumni. He has an experience of working in the domains of Natural Resource Management, Watershed, Livelihoods, strengthening Local governance, and Rights and entitlements. He has previously worked in Foundation for ecological security, Pratigya, PENCIL, 4S India, and TSRDS. Vivek has an experience of implementing projects on ground with varied interest in planning and designing of projects. He believes that if CSR projects are properly planned, designed, executed and evaluated, the problems of sustainable livelihoods for the needy and vulnerable sections can be solved.The way CSRBOX works as a lever of change in this direction interested him to join the organisation.
