BharatCareer-Youth Program is designed to prepare young graduates for the job market or begin their journey as entrepreneurs. While on one side, the program works to prepare youths for their career, on the other side, we work with employers to identify employability avenues and then host Career and Job Fairs for these youths.

The program includes lessons and masterclasses by experts, practice exercises, assignments, career camp and assessment backed with personalised feedback in an expert guided environment.

BharatCareer-Youth Job Readiness program works in two phases:

Phase 1: Online training by the domain experts on job readiness skills such as communication skills, professional skills, leadership & management skills and basic aptitude skills.

Phase 2: Providing job opportunities in entry-level white-collar job space post completion of training.

It conducts activity-based learning through group discussions, mock interviews, extempore, role plays etc. There are several other provisions in the form of the following:

  • Weekly assessment and guidance
  • Masterclasses and workshops by the domain experts on job readiness skills
  • Placement opportunities in entry-level white-collar job space with leading recruiters

The program is a 90 hours’ module and usually takes 5-6 weeks starting from training to placement. However, to achieve this, it requires students to dedicate 3 hours daily.

Every learner receives a badge upon completion of each module and will also be receiving a badge by IBM on successful completion of Job Application Essential Course and Professional Skill Course on SkillsBuild.

None. The BharatCareer-Youth Readiness Program doesn’t require prerequisites or prior knowledge. Graduates and final year undergraduates who between the age group of 18-25 can apply for the program

The entire training will be conducted in multiple languages (Hindi, English, local language).

The entire program is free of cost. Students will not be charged anything at any point of time.

  • Learners will be getting a Badge upon completion of each module which will be a value addition to the CV. for eg: Communication Badge, Professional Badge, Leadership Badge etc.
  • Learners will get access to IBM SkillsBuild platform to undertake various skill development courses. Learners get to earn the badge by IBM on successful completion of Job Application Essential Course and Professional Skill Course.
  • Learners will be getting employment/placement support.
