About the Position

BharatCares is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Manager for CSR and Healthcare Programs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience managing healthcare programs through CSR or philanthropic funding. The role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to handle teams, manage operations, and oversee data management.

Responsibilities

Program Management:

• Lead and manage CSR and healthcare programs, ensuring alignment with BharatCares' strategic goals.
• Develop and implement program strategies, goals, and objectives.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs.

Communication and Reporting:

• Prepare and present detailed program reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication with partners, donors, and beneficiaries.
• Write proposals, grant applications, and other communication materials.

Team Management:

• Supervise and support a team of program coordinators and volunteers.
• Foster a positive team environment and ensure professional development opportunities for team members.

Operations and Logistics:

• Oversee the operational aspects of program delivery, including logistics, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Data Management:

• Implement and maintain effective data management systems for program tracking and reporting.
• Analyze program data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, NGOs, and government agencies.
• Represent BharatCares at conferences, meetings, and networking events.

Travel:

• Willingness to travel as required for program implementation, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing healthcare programs through CSR or philanthropic funding.
• Proven track record in team handling, operations, and data management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
• Masters in Public Health or a similar area.
• Experience working in the social sector or non-profit organizations.
• Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and CSR regulations.
