About the Position

BharatCares is seeking a dedicated and organized Project Coordinator to join our teamThe Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of CSR projects in the districts of Assam The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to social responsibility.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Development:

• Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

Project Implementation:

• Manage the implementation of projects across various districts in Uttar Pradesh.
• Ensure all project activities are executed as per the plan.

Timeline Monitoring:

• Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.

Communication Facilitation:

• Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Organize and lead meetings to discuss project progress and issues.

Documentation Management:

• Maintain all project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and project plans.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible

Resource Management:

• Assist in managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure resource availability and allocation.

Risk Management:

• Monitor and report on risk management activities at the local level.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all project deliverables meet the defined quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the CSR domain.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to social responsibility and community development.

 

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Must have a personal laptop.
• Willingness to engage in extensive travel.
• Language required Assamee.
• Willingness to change base location temporarily as per project requirements in Assam
