About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - CSR and Education Programs to lead and manage education-focused initiatives, including AI, STEM, FLN (Foundational Literacy and Numeracy), and skill development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of education programs, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Program Design and Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of education programs such as AI, STEM, FLN, and skill development initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align program objectives with community needs and CSR goals.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, schools, NGOs, and government entities to facilitate program implementation.
• Organize and lead workshops, training sessions, and community engagement activities.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure program impact.
• Prepare detailed reports, case studies, and presentations to share program outcomes with stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of coordinators and field staff to ensure effective program execution.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project goals.

Capacity Building:

• Conduct capacity-building sessions for educators, trainers, and field staff to enhance their skills in delivering program content.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in education and incorporate them into program design.

Communication and Advocacy:

• Represent CSRBOX at conferences, events, and meetings to advocate for education programs.
• Create communication materials such as newsletters, brochures, and social media content to promote program achievements.

Travel and On-Site Support

• Travel across India to facilitate sessions, build partnerships, and support on-ground program execution.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• A graduate/post-graduate degree in Education, Social Work, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing education programs, preferably in AI, STEM, FLN, or skill development.
• Fluency in Gujarati and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the education ecosystem, including NEP guidelines, curriculum design, and training methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and teams effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with government and corporate stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CSR frameworks and compliance.
• Ability to design and deliver training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
