Sr. Project Associate- CSR

Bharuch (Gujarat) INR 3 LPA - 4.5 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Project Associate to join our team in Bharuch. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in adolescent health, health & sanitation, and medical van projects. This role will primarily involve fieldwork, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring project implementation, and ensuring comprehensive reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

Project Implementation:

  • Oversee the implementation of projects related to adolescent health, health & sanitation, and mobile medical van services in Bharuch and nearby areas.
  • Coordinate with local stakeholders, including schools, healthcare centers, community groups, and government bodies to ensure the smooth execution of the projects.

Field Work:

  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor the on-ground implementation of health initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Capacity Building:
  • Facilitate awareness sessions on adolescent health, hygiene, and sanitation in schools and communities.
  • Assist in training and capacity building for field teams and community members.

Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Prepare comprehensive project reports, including progress updates, challenges, and outcomes, to be submitted to management and funders.
  • Document success stories and case studies to highlight the impact of the projects.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Liaise with local government departments, healthcare professionals, and non-profit partners to ensure proper coordination and effective project implementation.

Data Collection & Documentation:

  • Collect data and maintain records of health interventions, beneficiary details, and feedback.
  • Ensure timely documentation of all project activities, including meetings, fieldwork, and capacity-building sessions.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

  • Educational Background: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Social Work, Community Development, or any related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 4 years of experience in working on adolescent health, health & sanitation, or medical van projects.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Gujarati and English (both spoken and written).
  • Skills: Strong report writing, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Fieldwork: Willingness to engage in extensive fieldwork, including travel to rural areas.
  • Additional Skills: Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work independently.
  • Prior experience working with government or non-profit organizations in health-related projects.
  • Experience in conducting awareness programs and community mobilization.
