Manager- CSR Programs

Ahmedabad (Gujarat) INR 8.4 LPA-10.8 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

About the Position

The Manager of CSR Programs will be responsible for overseeing and managing CSR initiatives, collaborating with clients to design and implement impactful social responsibility projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of CSR trends, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive positive social change through sustainable programs.

Responsibilities

      Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Development:

  1. Research, identify, and map potential government agencies, NGOs, CSR foundations, academic institutions, and schools aligned with BharatCares' programs.
  2. Develop and strengthen relationships with municipal bodies, state skill development missions, industry departments, and rural development agencies to facilitate government engagement.
  3. Build partnerships with corporates, foundations, and academic institutions to support on-ground implementation of skilling and livelihood programs.

      Program Management & Implementation:

  1. Conceptualize and execute various education, skill development, and livelihood programs.
  2. Manage end-to-end project execution, including on-boarding new learners, ensuring program engagement, and maintaining quality outcomes.
  3. Monitor and evaluate project progress through regular assessments, reporting, and field visits.
  4. Ensure compliance with donor requirements, government regulations, and organizational policies.

      Strategic Planning & Proposal Development:

  1. Identify potential strategic areas, develop proposals, and conduct meaningful research to support policymaking.
  2. Draft project proposals, budgets, and MoUs for engagement with donors and government bodies.
  3. Present program models and reports to internal stakeholders (management) and external stakeholders (government agencies, donor organizations, and corporate partners).

      Team Management & Capacity Building:

  1. Lead a team of 8-10 members, ensuring effective coordination and performance management.
  2. Guide and mentor team members to improve efficiency and productivity in project execution.
  3. Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen internal capabilities.

      Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance:

  1. Maintain MIS, dashboards, and records in alignment with the organization's reporting standards.
  2. Track and monitor program data, ensuring accurate documentation of all stakeholders involved.
  3. Conduct periodic impact assessments and submit reports to donors, government agencies, and internal teams.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of CSR programs, education, skill development, and livelihood initiatives.
  • Knowledge of government schemes, policies, and CSR ecosystem.
  • Experience in corporate partnerships, donor engagement, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
  • Strong team management and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in data management, reporting, and impact assessment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in CSR program management, partnerships, or impact-driven initiatives.
  • Prior experience working with government agencies, corporates, or NGOs will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project implementation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Can speak Gujarati
