Testimonials

Dr. Sintu Kumawat, CHC Lasadiya, Udaipur

Prominent issues prevalent in this CHC included dampness, water leakage, non-operational toilets, broken sewerage system, broken doors & windows, frequent short circuits, lack of advanced medical equipment to treat common and special diseases, ill equipped emergency ward and OT, etc. This severely hampered the health service delivery to patients coming here. Their experience was bad. Due to poor health care facilities, patients were forced to travel to other private health centres and spend more money. Infrastructure upgradation work and medical equipment support provided by Pehel Foundation has definitely helped to increase the efficiency of CHC to provide better and advanced health care services to patients, thereby serving and saving many lives, especially during emergencies.

K Reddy, Patient, CHC Medchel, Hyderabad

Earlier the CHC building suffered from damaged floorings and water leakages, especially during the rainy season. The toilets were non-operational and extremely dirty. Now the floorings are repaired and roofs are free from water leakages. The toilets are operational and tidy. The overall delivery of healthcare services in the CHC has improved.

Lakshmiben Raval, Patient UHC Kalol, Gandhinagar

I came to this health centre for my regular pregnancy checkup for the last 3 months. The services provided in the maternity ward are up to mark and overall healthcare experience within the ward is very much satisfactory.

Ramwilas, Patient, CHC Dadri, Noida

The overall infrastructure and the sitting arrangements in the OPD rooms has improved. The improvement in availability of the medical equipment and accessories is visible.

Dr. Sreedhar, Doctor, CHC Medchel, Hyderabad

Post upgradation of CHC, the footfall of patients has increased drastically. The infrastructure upgradation and modern medical equipment have enabled us to deliver quality healthcare services to the patients. Thanks to Pehel Foundation for the support provided to our CHC.

Ashish, Patient, CHC Lasadiya, Udaipur

The type of medical facilities in the emergency ward has improved a lot. This is helping us to save our time and cost involved in availing these facilities from other health centres.

Murugan, Patient, PHC Solamangalam, Kanchipooram

The most beneficial work for us is the water proofing work of ceilings. Earlier, during the rainy season, the PHC used to get flooded with water up to 1-1.5 ft which hampered the delivery of medical services. During this rainy season, we won’t face these problem and would be able to access the PHC easily.

Pallaviben, Pregnant Woman, Patient at CHC Dhandhuka

I am XX months pregnant. Before sonography facility at CHC Dhandhuka, I had to travel 50-60 Kms to get ante natal care at Ahmedabad. The ante natal check-up services at CHC Dhandhuka has helped to reduce my drudgery in travelling during these crucial pregnancy days and has also helped to save my out of pocket expenditure.

Nainaben, Patient, CHC Dhandhuka

I injured my left leg while playing. It needed orthopedic surgery. Coming from a poor household, it wouldnt have been possible for me to get this surgery done at private hospital if new medical equipment were not available at CHC Dhandhuka. Thanks for upgrading CHC Dhandhuka

Ramaben, Patient, Sanand

I am visiting CHC Sanand since last 2-3 years. I have witnessed the infrastructural upgradation of the CHC and I am happy to visit a renovated, hygienic and well-equipped CHC providing quality healthcare services
